A FAMILY ENDEAVOUR WHERE LOVE FOR FOOD AND COMMUNITY COME TOGETHER!

We are a team of four dedicated individuals and one adorable baby: Gurpal, his wife Dimple, my wife Sanjina, our 8-month-old baby Eshank, and I, Samdeesh. This is our first venture into the restaurant business as a family of five, and we are thrilled to embark on this journey together.

  • We are proud to be supported by a wonderful team of young, enthusiastic staff, composed of local students and aspiring food enthusiasts. They work closely with our inspiring and experienced Chef, under our guidance, to ensure that every dish is crafted with care and passion. Our mission is to employ local talent, enriching our understanding of the community and creating a strong bond with the people we serve.

  • Our inspiration to take over Coppers stems from our deep-rooted values in service and unity, which we cherish as members of the Sant Nirankari Mission, a spiritual and charitable movement. Guided by the teachings of our Holy Mother, we believe in the importance of serving humanity and embracing diversity. We see this restaurant as an opportunity to spread love and unity through our passion for cooking, looking beyond the barriers of caste, creed, and colour. Our values teach us that we are born to serve our fellow human beings, and this restaurant allows us to do just that.

  • Since taking over, we have made several enhancements to provide a more delightful dining experience. We've increased portion sizes, refined our recipes, and introduced complimentary tasting canapés to gather customer feedback and understand their preferences. Our ongoing improvements include an updated menu, new desserts, innovative cocktails, and visual and decor enhancements. While progress is steady, our ultimate goal is to ensure every customer leaves satisfied, with a full stomach and memorable service.

  • In the short time we've been in Hythe, we have been warmly welcomed by the local community. The beauty of the surroundings and the strong sense of community here have made us feel right at home. We are deeply grateful for the support and encouragement from the people of Hythe and neighbouring areas. Your kindness and warmth inspire us to serve you better every day.

  • Our cooking is deeply influenced by our Indian heritage. We aim to bring the authentic flavours of traditional Indian cuisine to your table, preserving the originality of dishes from various states of India. In the West, many Indian dishes are anglicized, but we want our customers to experience the true essence of Indian spices and flavours. Our goal is to introduce you to authentic, flavoursome dishes that reflect the rich culinary traditions of India.

  • Choosing a favourite dish is no easy task, but if I had to pick, it would be the Rajasthani Laal Maas (Lamb Shank). This dish is incredibly tender and bursting with flavour. As a sneak peek, we are also excited to introduce a new dish called Chilli Chicken, coming soon to our menu. This dish holds a special place in my heart, as it brings back cherished memories of my grandmother's cooking during my childhood.
